As immigrants from Italy, Silvestrini Morini nee Balzi (pictured at far left) and Mario Morini (at far right) built this store in 1919. Their three sons stand between them in this 1927 photograph (from left to right: Angelo Morini Sr., Augusto, and Lawrence). Angelo, the youngest, would later purchase the business from his parents, and together with his wife , Lisa Morini nee Ricciuti, would grow it into four Morini Market Stores.
